German real estate investment firm Aroundtown SA repurchased 75,549 of its own shares last week, according to a regulatory filing.
The transactions, executed between August 24 and August 28, were carried out at a volume-weighted average price of €2.0380 per share. Daily activity showed 71,929 shares purchased on August 26 at an average price of €2.0388, followed by 3,450 shares at €2.0225 on August 27 and 170 shares at €2.0048 on August 28. No acquisitions were recorded on August 24 or 25.
The buybacks were conducted across multiple European exchanges, including Xetra, CBOE Europe, Turquoise Europe and AQSE Europe, via a contracted bank acting on behalf of the company. The program, which began on January 26, 2026, remains ongoing.
Aroundtown disclosed the transactions in compliance with EU Market Abuse Regulation requirements, specifically Article 5, Section 1, and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 2016/1052.
