NPST reports 75% revenue growth in Q1 2027

NPST Inc. reported a 75% year-over-year increase in revenue for the first quarter of 2027, according to an earnings call transcript.
The company attributed the growth to a 38% rise in transaction volumes and a 22% expansion in its merchant services segment. Total revenue reached $423 million, up from $242 million in the same period last year.
Adjusted earnings per share climbed 42% to $0.65, compared with $0.46 in Q1 2026. Operating income rose 55% to $118 million, reflecting improved margins across core business lines.
NPST’s chief executive officer highlighted strong demand in digital payment solutions and cross-border transactions as key drivers. The company also noted a 15% increase in active merchant accounts, reaching 1.8 million globally.
Cash flow from operations totaled $92 million, supporting ongoing investments in technology and infrastructure. NPST maintained its full-year guidance, reaffirming revenue growth of at least 50% and adjusted EPS of $2.50 to $2.70.
