MNTN, the Connected TV advertising technology platform listed on the NYSE under ticker `MNTN`, has appointed Frank Lee as Senior Vice President of Agency Partnerships. Lee will oversee the company’s agency business, focusing on expanding its ecosystem and strengthening relationships with independent and holding company agencies.
Lee brings over 25 years of experience in search, social, ecommerce, and Connected TV, including roles at Snap, Meta, The Search Agency, DataPop, and Overture. Most recently, he served as Global Head of Independent Agencies at Snap, managing partnerships across the U.S. and Europe. Prior to that, he co-founded and led RealEyes Digital until its 2024 acquisition by AdMax Local, where he continued as President.
The appointment follows recent executive hires at MNTN, including Chief Revenue Officer Garland Hill and Global Head of Premium Content Peter Blacker. The company stated that its agency business has grown over the past year as agencies increasingly adopt Connected TV advertising through its self-serve platform, which measures conversions, revenue, and site visits from TV campaigns.
Mark Douglas, President and CEO of MNTN, said, 'Performance TV is rapidly becoming one of them. Frank has spent his career helping agencies stay ahead of where advertising is going, and now he's joining us to lead the next chapter of our agency business.'
