MicroVision Inc. said on Monday it had regained compliance with NASDAQ’s minimum bid price requirement, ending a review initiated earlier this year.
The company, which develops LiDAR-based perception solutions for industrial, automotive, safety and defense applications, received written confirmation from the NASDAQ Listing Qualifications Department that its share price had risen above the $1.00 threshold under NASDAQ Listing Rule 5550(a)(2). The compliance case, opened on January 12, was formally closed by the exchange on August 26, the company said.
MicroVision’s CEO Glen DeVos stated that the company was pleased to have met the requirement and that NASDAQ had concluded the matter. The firm did not disclose the current share price or trading volume in the announcement. The company is headquartered in Redmond, Washington, with additional engineering centers in the United States and Germany.
