The sale price of $41.27 per share exceeded the stock’s closing quotation of $39.39 on the transaction date. Liquidity Services’ shares have appreciated approximately 49% over the past year.
The company’s third-quarter 2026 results, reported in the same period, showed adjusted earnings of $0.45 per share, beating Wall Street’s forecast of $0.35. Gross Merchandise Volume reached a record $453 million, while adjusted EBITDA rose 30% year-over-year to $22 million.
