Kontoor Brands Inc. (NYSE: KTB) said it has appointed two new directors to its board, effective immediately, increasing the board's size from seven to nine.
Jamie Caulfield, 67, joins from PepsiCo Inc., where he served as executive vice president and chief financial officer after more than three decades in senior finance roles. Prior to that, he was senior vice president and CFO of PepsiCo Foods North America and served as senior vice president of investor relations from 2011 to 2019. Caulfield holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Loyola University and completed the Program for Management Development at Harvard Business School. He will serve on the audit committee and the nominating and governance committee.
Michael Skipworth, 49, currently serves as president and chief executive officer of Wingstop Inc., which operates and franchises more than 3,000 restaurants globally. He previously served as president and chief operating officer of Wingstop and held accounting, finance, and operations positions at Cardinal Logistics Holdings LLC and KPMG LLP. Skipworth holds an MBA from Midwestern State University. He will join the audit committee and the talent and compensation committee.
