Kohl’s has appointed Arianne Parisi as chief customer officer, a newly created position that will oversee the retailer’s omnichannel customer experience.
Parisi, who joined Kohl’s in 2025 as chief digital officer, will report to CEO Michael J. Bender and take responsibility for marketing, brand and creative, loyalty, personalization, media, and digital commerce—including Kohls.com and the Kohl’s App. The role consolidates previously separate functions to strengthen focus on the full customer lifecycle and brand engagement across all touchpoints.
The appointment follows the planned departure of Christie Raymond, Kohl’s chief marketing officer, who will leave the company in September after nine years. Parisi’s background includes over 20 years in retail, with prior digital leadership roles at JD Sports Fashion, The Finish Line, and Nordstrom, as well as merchandising experience at The Sports Authority.
Kohl’s operates more than 1,100 stores across 49 states from its headquarters in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, and serves customers online through its e-commerce platform and mobile application.
