Knorex Ltd., an AI-powered cross-channel programmatic advertising technology provider, has received a notice from NYSE American indicating non-compliance with continuous listing standards related to stockholders' equity requirements.
The exchange's notification, dated Friday, cited the company's stockholders' equity deficit of $6.5 million as of December 31, 2025, which falls below the minimum thresholds of $2.0 million for issuers reporting losses in two of the prior three fiscal years or $4.0 million for those reporting losses in three of the prior four years. Knorex has reported net losses in each of its four most recent fiscal years.
Under NYSE American rules, Knorex must submit a compliance plan by September 20, 2026, outlining steps to restore compliance by February 21, 2028. The company's ordinary shares will continue trading on NYSE American pending adherence to other listing requirements, and the notice does not trigger an immediate delisting risk.
Headquartered in Allen, Texas, with operations across the United States, Vietnam, India, Malaysia, and Singapore, Knorex provides programmatic advertising solutions to enterprise clients. The firm's NYSE American-listed shares trade under the ticker KNRX.
