JPMorgan Chase & Co. disclosed a rise in its voting rights in Pinewood Technologies Group PLC to 6.161206%, up from 6.072285%, according to a filing with the London Stock Exchange’s Regulatory News Service on Wednesday.
The U.S. bank now holds a total of 7,091,547 voting rights in the UK-based software group, which is listed on the London Stock Exchange under the ticker LSE:PINE. The increase reflects a 3.884020% direct stake held by J.P. Morgan Securities PLC through 4,470,506 voting rights, alongside a 2.277186% position via cash-settled equity swaps.
JPMorgan’s prior holding stood at 6.072285% of total voting rights, composed of 3.566765% in direct voting rights and 2.505520% through financial instruments. The latest disclosure, filed under the UK’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules, marks an 8.9 basis-point increase in the bank’s aggregate voting rights.
The equity swaps, which account for the 2.277186% stake, have maturity dates spanning from September 30, 2026 to July 25, 2033. JPMorgan notified Pinewood of the threshold crossing on September 1, with the formal regulatory filing recorded on September 3.
