JPMorgan Chase & Co. has increased its voting stake in Pinewood Technologies Group PLC to 6.161206%, up from 6.072285%, according to a regulatory filing with the London Stock Exchange's Regulatory News Service.
The investment bank's position now comprises 3.884020% in direct voting rights, equivalent to 4,470,506 shares held by J.P. Morgan Securities PLC, and an additional 2.277186% through cash-settled equity swaps. The total voting rights held by JPMorgan now stand at 7,091,547.
The increase was first recorded on September 1, with JPMorgan notified of the change on Wednesday. The financial instruments portion, which mature between September 30, 2026, and July 25, 2033, are structured as cash-settled equity swaps. The disclosure was filed with the London Stock Exchange on September 3 and published the same day.
The notification complies with the UK's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules for major shareholdings.
