JPMorgan Chase & Co. disclosed a reduction in its economic and voting exposure to Pinewood Technologies Group PLC, the London-listed provider of automotive software solutions.
The U.S. bank’s aggregate stake in Pinewood Technologies fell to 6.072285% from 6.164377% as of August 25, according to a filing with the London Stock Exchange’s Regulatory News Service. Direct voting rights held by JPMorgan’s subsidiaries decreased to 3.566765% from 3.607572%, while voting rights linked to cash-settled equity swaps declined to 2.505520% from 2.556805%.
J.P. Morgan Securities PLC, a unit of the bank, accounts for 5.979493% of the combined voting and financial-instrument position. The total voting-rights footprint now stands at 6,989,197 shares, down from 7,091,618 previously. JPMorgan held 4,105,346 direct voting rights and 2,883,851 via equity swaps, the filing showed.
The bank’s cash-settled equity swaps, which mature between September 2026 and July 2033, contributed to the reduction in voting influence. The disclosure follows British major-holdings rules and was lodged on August 25, with the London Stock Exchange publishing the notice on August 27 at 08:19 London time.
Pinewood Technologies, which trades under the ticker LSE:PINE with ISIN GB00BSB7BS06, specializes in automotive software and has been subject to routine institutional rebalancing by large shareholders.
