JPMorgan Global Core Real Assets Limited, a Guernsey-domiciled investment fund, entered voluntary liquidation following unanimous shareholder approval at an extraordinary general meeting held on August 27, 2026.
The decision to wind up the fund was approved with 99.71% of votes in favor, according to filings. Shareholders also authorized the appointed liquidators to divide the company’s assets and approved the transfer of shareholder distributions under £10.00 to the charity Lupus UK, each receiving over 99% support. The liquidation process was initiated under section 391(1)(b) of the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008, with immediate effect.
KPMG Advisory Limited’s Linda Maree Johnson and Mark Russell Kelly have been named as joint liquidators. The fund’s manager, JPMorgan Funds Limited, and broker, Investec Bank plc, remain involved in the process.
An initial distribution of approximately £21.6 million, equivalent to 75.3 pence per share, is expected on or around September 17, 2026. A further or final distribution is currently anticipated in or around May 2028, subject to the completion of asset realization and creditor claims.
