Imunon Inc. (NASDAQ: IMNN) announced plans to host an R&D day on September 23, 2026, to discuss the phase 3 OVATION 3 trial evaluating its IMNN-001 immunotherapy in women with newly diagnosed advanced ovarian cancer.
The event, scheduled for 10:00 a.m. ET at the Sofitel New York, will include presentations from oncology experts and company management. A patient who received IMNN-001 in the trial will share her treatment experience. The program will be accessible both in-person and via live webcast for investors, analysts, and media.
IMNN-001 is a DNA-mediated IL-12 immunotherapy developed using Imunon’s TheraPlas platform, which employs a nanoparticle delivery system for localized IL-12 protein production. The phase 3 OVATION 3 trial is assessing the therapy’s efficacy in advanced ovarian cancer patients.
The company also highlighted a phase 2 minimal residual disease clinical trial in partnership with Break Through Cancer, led by researchers at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. Additionally, Imunon noted results from the phase 2 OVATION 2 study, which enrolled 112 patients and evaluated weekly intraperitoneal dosing of IMNN-001 at 100 mg/m² alongside standard chemotherapy.
