Hyperliquid Strategies Inc reported a net income of $305.5 million for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026, according to a filing released on Wednesday.
The company’s results included $709.9 million in net unrealized gains on HYPE tokens, partially offset by a one-time loss of $169.2 million on tokens contributed during a business combination. Additional offsets included $35.6 million in write-offs tied to the acquisition of Sonnet’s legacy operations and $183.5 million in deferred tax expense.
Total assets stood at $2.06 billion as of June 30, with cash and cash-like instruments totaling $149.9 million. Hyperliquid held approximately 29.28 million HYPE tokens, valued at $1.90 billion, or $65.04 per token at fiscal year-end.
Revenue streams included $9.5 million from staking and validator commissions on HYPE holdings, alongside $2.7 million in interest income. Operating expenses totaled $14.0 million, covering selling, general, administrative, and research and development costs.
Capital management activities included the issuance of $646.6 million in equity through a committed facility at an average price of $8.70 per share. Funds were deployed to acquire 16.5 million HYPE tokens for $773.4 million at an average cost of $46.77, and to repurchase 5.8 million shares for $27.8 million at an average price of $4.80. The company maintained a debt-free balance sheet as of the reporting date.
