The transaction brings Kettner’s direct holdings to 276,788 shares. Gevo’s stock was quoted near $1.53 late Friday, up 1.99% at $1.54, following a 2% weekly gain.
Year-to-date, Gevo shares remain down 23.5%, with a 52-week low of $1.37. The company’s current ratio stands at 2.7, while revenue grew 121% over the last twelve months.
Gevo reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $47 million, a 7% increase from the prior year and above the $45.95 million forecast. Adjusted loss narrowed to $0.01 per share, outperforming the expected $0.03 loss. The company also raised its full-year adjusted EBITDA outlook from $30 million to over $60 million.
