Australian insurance group AUB Group Ltd reported a record underlying net profit after tax of A$224.6 million for fiscal 2026, up 12% from A$200.2 million in the prior year.
Underlying earnings per share increased to 183.69 cents from 171.75 cents, reflecting stronger operational performance across the group’s broking and underwriting activities. The Australian Broking unit and the International division both contributed to growth, with the latter driven by gains in marine and aviation segments alongside cost reductions.
Reported net profit after tax declined to A$96.0 million from A$180.1 million in fiscal 2025, primarily due to a A$68.3 million impairment charge. The company declared a fully franked final dividend of 71.0 cents per share, bringing the total annual dividend to 98.0 cents, a 7.7% increase from the prior year.
For fiscal 2027, AUB Group forecasted underlying net profit after tax in the range of A$245.0 million to A$265.0 million, representing growth of 9.1% to 18.0% compared with fiscal 2026. The outlook reflects continued expansion in core broking operations and disciplined cost management.
