German oil and gas producer Deutsche Rohstoff reported a 7.5% year-over-year increase in first-half revenue to EUR 110 million, driven by higher oil prices and a partial stake sale in Almonty Industries.
EBITDA surged nearly threefold to EUR 205.2 million in the six months ended June 30, 2026, supported by a EUR 128 million gain from the divestment of its stake in Almonty. Operating cash flow totaled EUR 70 million during the period.
The company’s average realized oil price rose 18% to $78.4 per barrel, while operational improvements included expanded drilling in Wyoming, where new wells exceeded production targets.
Deutsche Rohstoff forecast second-half 2026 revenue of EUR 190 million to EUR 210 million, with average daily output projected at 24,000 to 26,000 barrels of oil equivalent. For the full year, revenue is now expected between EUR 300 million and EUR 320 million, while EBITDA is projected at EUR 380 million to EUR 400 million.
The company did not provide an updated outlook for Almonty Industries following the partial sale of its stake.
