The company said 100,000 warrants were exercised on Sunday, with the remaining 10,000 exercised earlier on Friday. The new shares will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares and increase issued share capital to 832,240,323 shares.
Galantas, which trades on the TSX Venture Exchange and the AIM market under the ticker GAL, said the new shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on or around September 3, 2026. Dealings in the shares will commence on the same date.
The Toronto-based miner focuses on gold and copper assets and is advancing the Indiana Project and the Andacollo Gold Project in Chile. The warrant exercise follows recent corporate actions aimed at strengthening the company’s capital structure ahead of further project development.
