Galantas Gold Corporation said it exercised 110,000 ordinary share warrants at an exercise price of C$0.12 per share, raising approximately C$13.2 million.
The company exercised warrants for 100,000 shares on Aug. 24 and an additional 10,000 shares on Aug. 27, the date of the announcement. The new shares are expected to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s AIM market on or around Sept. 3, 2026.
Following the admission, Galantas’s issued share capital will total 832,240,323 ordinary shares. The new shares will rank equally with existing ordinary shares, the company said.
Galantas, which trades on the TSX Venture Exchange under the ticker GAL and on AIM as GAGO, focuses on the acquisition, development and advancement of gold and copper assets. The miner operates the Indiana Project and holds an interest in the Andacollo Gold Project in Chile.
