Fortune Brands Innovations (NYSE: FBIN) announced that Peter G. Clifford will assume the role of chief financial officer on Sept. 21, 2026. Clifford, who most recently served as CFO of Filtration Group Corporation from Feb. 2025 to Aug. 2026, brings more than three decades of finance leadership across building products, healthcare and industrial sectors.
The company disclosed that Clifford will receive an inducement package outside its 2022 Long‑Term Incentive Plan. The RSUs vest 50% on the third anniversary and the remaining 50% on the fourth anniversary of the grant date, subject to performance goals tied to the average share price and continuous employment. The stock options vest in three equal installments on the first three anniversaries of the grant date, also subject to continued employment.
Interim CFO Ashley George will revert to her prior role as senior vice president of finance, continuing to support the company’s execution and productivity initiatives. The appointment follows Clifford’s prior CFO and COO roles at The AZEK Company and Cantel Medical, as well as senior finance positions at IDEX Corporation and General Electric.
