FibroBiologics Inc. said on Monday it has regained compliance with Nasdaq’s minimum bid price requirement under Listing Rule 5550(a)(2), following a prior period of non-compliance.
The Houston-based clinical-stage biotechnology company, which develops therapeutics for chronic diseases using fibroblasts and fibroblast-derived materials, confirmed it now meets all Nasdaq listing standards. Its shares trade under the ticker FBLG on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
The company noted it holds more than 270 issued and pending patents related to its fibroblast-based platform. FibroBiologics did not provide additional details on the timeline or steps taken to restore compliance, and no further financial or operational updates were disclosed in the statement.
