Farmers National Banc Corp. increased its quarterly dividend to $0.18 per share from $0.17, effective for the third quarter of 2026. The bank, headquartered in Canfield, Ohio, operates 80 branches across Ohio and western Pennsylvania.
The dividend rise represents a 5.6% increase and marks the latest step in a decade-long trend of annual payout growth. Over the past 10 years, the company’s annual dividend has compounded at roughly 16%, rising from $0.16 per share in 2016 to a projected $0.70 per share for 2026.
Kevin J. Helmick, President and CEO, cited the bank’s financial strength, the successful integration of the Middlefield acquisition, and a commitment to shareholder returns as key factors in the decision. The company’s banking assets total $7.1 billion, while wealth management assets under care amount to $5.1 billion as of June 30, 2026.
The new dividend is payable on September 30, 2026, to shareholders of record as of September 11, 2026.
