Vivek Jetley, president and head of insurance, healthcare and life sciences at ExlService Holdings, will leave the company on Oct. 26, 2026 to become CEO of Hexaware Technologies Limited.
Jetley, who has spent nearly two decades at ExlService since its 1999 founding, will remain in his current role while assisting with the transition of his responsibilities over the coming months, ExlService said on Tuesday.
The New York-based global data and AI services provider employs about 68,000 people across six continents, offering solutions in insurance, healthcare, banking and capital markets, retail, communications and media, and energy and infrastructure.
Rohit Kapoor, chairman and CEO of ExlService, said Jetley has been a key leader in the company’s evolution, including building analytics capabilities and leading its insurance and healthcare businesses. Jetley, in his own statement, expressed pride in ExlService’s achievements and commitment to ensuring a smooth transition in his final months with the company.
