Joshua S. Lev, who also serves as interim president of the NASDAQ-listed medical device company, sold a total of 20,000 shares of common stock. The sales followed the exercise of an equal number of stock options at a price of $4.50 per share, resulting in a total exercise cost of $90,000.
The transactions were executed across three days, with the largest volume on August 21, when 12,000 shares were sold at a weighted average price of $10.22. On August 24, 5,000 shares were sold at an average price of $9.88, and on August 25, 3,000 shares were sold at an average price of $9.36. Individual sale prices ranged from $9.29 to $10.31 per share.
Following the sales and option exercises, Lev’s direct holdings in electroCore total 84,889 shares, comprising 2,889 unrestricted shares and 82,000 shares issuable under previously granted restricted stock units with staggered vesting schedules.
The company’s stock has appreciated 111% year-to-date and nearly 80% over the past 12 months. electroCore reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $9.5 million, a 28% increase from the prior year but slightly below Wall Street’s estimate of $9.65 million.
