EKF Diagnostics Holdings plc said it repurchased 60,000 of its own ordinary shares on Tuesday at a weighted average price of 25 pence per share.
The transactions were executed in two tranches: 50,000 shares were bought at 13:17 at 25p each, followed by 10,000 shares at 21:35 at the same price. All repurchased shares will be cancelled, with no shares held in treasury.

The move reduces the company’s total voting rights to 428,268,112, a figure that shareholders may use as a reference for Disclosure and Transparency Rules notifications.
