EasyJet and Apollo have extended the deadline for publishing the merger document to October 15, 2026, to allow further discussions with aviation regulators during the summer period.
The extension supports the ongoing approval process as Apollo pursues the airline through a court-sanctioned scheme of arrangement. The transaction remains on track for completion by the end of the first quarter of 2027, subject to all required conditions being met.
