DraftKings Inc. announced a partnership with Integrity Compliance 360, Inc. to roll out integrity and compliance technology across its sportsbook and event-based predictions platform. The company is based in Boston.
The agreement integrates four IC360 technologies — Integrity Monitoring, ProhiBet, ProhiTrade, and ProhiBet Bad Actors — covering both traditional sports wagering and prediction-market trading operations. IC360 said the deal represents its first single-operator integration combining its ProhiBet and ProhiTrade networks.
The technology suite is designed to flag conduct involving athlete harassment and attempts to manipulate sports markets, as the company's consumer-facing offerings continue to expand across multiple verticals.
"DraftKings is built for entertainment, and we want sports fans to have fun and enjoy the games they love in a responsible way," said Lori Kalani, DraftKings' chief responsible gaming officer. "There is no place for harassment of athletes or attempts to manipulate sports markets in our industry."
Ali Schempp, IC360's chief commercial officer, was also noted as part of the agreement. The announcement was published on September 8, 2026, with references to both Las Vegas and Boston as relevant locations in the sports-gaming industry context.
