Vancouver-based blockchain infrastructure firm Spirit Blockchain Capital Inc. announced on September 3 it is changing its corporate name to Impauer Technologies Inc., effective immediately. The transition aligns with the company’s focus on blockchain technology and digital asset solutions, as outlined by CEO Suha Askary, who stated the new identity better reflects its mission to develop scalable platforms for long-term growth in emerging market opportunities.
The rebranding does not alter the company’s operational structure, share capital, or management. Existing shareholders face no obligations, as the name change does not trigger any shareholder actions or require certificate exchanges. The company’s business remains unchanged, with no consolidation or adjustments to its share structure.
Spirit Blockchain Capital, formerly listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the ticker SPIR and on the OTCQB under SBLCF, will now operate under the new CSE ticker IMPR. The company has also issued updated identifiers: a new CUSIP number 45258P108 and an ISIN CA45258P1080. Askary emphasized that the shift reflects the company’s evolving technological ambitions while maintaining its commitment to blockchain infrastructure and digital asset innovation.
