CSB Bancorp Inc. announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.45 per common share, an increase of $0.02 from the prior quarter and $0.04 above the same period last year. The dividend, declared on August 26, reflects the bank’s financial position as of June 30, 2026, when total assets stood at approximately $1.3 billion.
The payment is set for September 22, 2026, with the record date set for September 8. The Commercial and Savings Bank, CSB Bancorp’s subsidiary, operates 16 branches across Holmes, Stark, Tuscarawas, and Wayne counties in Ohio.
This marks the 10th consecutive year the company has raised its dividend, underscoring its commitment to shareholder returns despite modest asset growth. The announcement follows a period of stable profitability for the regional lender, which has maintained a focus on community banking in its core markets.
