Hong Kong-based Cre8 Enterprise Limited (NASDAQ: CRE) reported a record 550 customers as of June 30, 2026, up 83 from December 31, 2025 and 149 from June 30, 2025, representing year-over-year growth of 37.2% and 34.8%, respectively.
The company attributed the increase to heightened regional capital markets activity, with demand for services such as IPO prospectus printing, annual and interim report preparation, and corporate governance disclosures driving customer growth. As of June 30, 2026, Cre8 Enterprise had 64 IPO filings in progress, a 482% increase from 11 filings a year earlier.
Cre8 Enterprise provides integrated financial printing services, including design, typesetting, proofreading, translation, printing, and document submission for listed companies, IPO applicants, and private firms operating in Hong Kong’s financial and capital markets. The company’s project backlog reached record levels, according to its latest operational update, which did not include financial results.
Mr. CHO Sze Ting, Director, Chairman of the Board, and Chief Executive Officer, stated that the strong backlog reinforces confidence in the company’s multi-year outlook. “The Company already has the demand; now it must build enough capacity to fulfil the customers and collect the money,” he said.
