Brazilian conglomerate Cosan SA said its debt fell 20% in the second quarter of 2026 as restructuring initiatives advanced, according to presentation slides published on Tuesday.
The company did not disclose the absolute debt figure or specific restructuring measures in the slides. Cosan, which operates in energy, logistics and retail sectors, has been implementing cost-cutting and asset optimization programs to improve its financial position.
The slides were released ahead of the company’s scheduled earnings announcement. Cosan’s shares are listed on the B3 exchange in São Paulo under the ticker CSAN3.
