Centerspace, a Minneapolis-based owner and operator of apartment communities, announced a quarterly dividend of $0.77 per common share. The distribution is scheduled for Oct. 14, 2026, to shareholders and unitholders of record as of the close of business on Sept. 29, 2026.
The real estate investment trust, founded in 1970, reported owning 47 apartment communities totaling 10,456 homes across six states: Colorado, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, and Utah. The company’s portfolio reflects its focus on multifamily residential properties in the central and western regions of the United States.
Centerspace’s dividend declaration follows its recent operational updates, which included portfolio metrics as of Aug. 31, 2026. The payout aligns with the company’s capital allocation strategy amid ongoing efforts to maintain shareholder returns while managing its real estate assets.
