Canaccord Genuity Group Inc. cut its stake in Keystone Law Group PLC to 10.77%, down from 11.89%, according to a press release filed with the Financial Conduct Authority.
The reduction, which crossed the relevant disclosure threshold on September 4, left the firm with 3,387,817 voting rights in the London-listed legal services company. The stake is split between two controlled undertakings: Canaccord Genuity Wealth Limited holds 5.05%, while Canaccord Genuity Asset Management Limited holds 5.72%. The shares are held on behalf of discretionary clients, the filing stated.
The notification was made under the TR-1 standard form for the reporting of major holdings, as required by the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
