Camp4 Therapeutics Corp (NASDAQ: CAMP) Chief Financial Officer Kelly Gold purchased 10,000 common shares in an open-market transaction valued at $39,600, according to a regulatory filing dated August 31, 2026.
The shares were acquired at an average price of $3.96 each, within a range of $3.88 to $4.00 per share. The transaction was executed through a brokerage account held in the name of Gold’s spouse, David Gold. Kelly Gold stated she does not exercise control over the account and disclaimed beneficial ownership of the securities beyond her pecuniary interest in the purchase.
The company’s shares have declined approximately 8% over the past week but remain up roughly 170% over the prior 12 months. Separately, Gold was appointed to the board of directors of X4 Pharmaceuticals, where she will also serve on the audit committee.
Analysts have recently adjusted their outlooks for Camp4. JPMorgan upgraded the stock to overweight from neutral and raised its price target to $9.00 from $5.00, citing potential upside from the company’s CMP-002 compound. Chardan initiated coverage with a buy rating and a $6.50 price target.
