Taiwan-based BizLink International (3665.TW) posted second-quarter 2026 results that exceeded analyst expectations, driven by recovering margins and sustained demand for high-speed connectivity components tied to AI infrastructure expansion.
Revenue reached TWD 23.28 billion in Q2 2026, up 37% year-over-year and 12% sequentially from Q1, beating the TWD 22.88 billion consensus estimate by approximately TWD 0.40 billion. Earnings per share totaled TWD 15.28, topping the TWD 14.88 forecast by TWD 0.40 and marking a quarterly record. Net income attributable to shareholders rose to TWD 2.98 billion.
Gross profit increased to TWD 7.15 billion, lifting gross margin to 30.73% from 28.77% in Q1, a 196-basis-point improvement. Operating profit reached TWD 4.01 billion, with operating margin expanding to 17.0% from 14.9% in the prior quarter, a gain of 110 basis points. The company maintained a strong balance sheet with a current ratio of 3.28 and a debt-to-equity ratio of 0.01.
Management attributed the outperformance to sustained demand for optical connectivity solutions, particularly from AI data center buildouts. CEO Felix Teng noted that AI infrastructure expansion is driving requirements for more sophisticated optical interconnects, while CFO Charles Tsai emphasized disciplined capital allocation aligned with customer requirements and expected returns.
Looking ahead, BizLink indicated that visibility into capital equipment demand extends into Q2 2027, with customer discussions already reaching into 2028. The company’s shares rose 1.11% to TWD 2,275.00 following the results, bringing the 52-week range to TWD 912–3,010 and delivering a 50% return over the past year.
