Axis Bank said on Friday it had received listing approval for $300 million in senior notes maturing under its $5 billion Global Medium Term Note program, with a fixed coupon of 5.179%.
The debt issuance was approved by the Global Securities Market of India International Exchange (IFSC) Limited and the Debt Securities Market of NSE IFSC Limited, both operating under the International Financial Services Centres Authority framework. The approvals were granted on August 21, 2026, with reference numbers issued by both exchanges.
The bank had previously notified the exchanges of the proposed listing in December 2025 and August 2026, as required under India’s securities disclosure regime. Pricing supplements for the notes are available on the websites of India INX and NSE IFSC.
The disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015, which mandates timely public notice of material corporate actions.
