Autozi Internet Technology (Global) Ltd. said it raised $30 million from multiple investors to expand its automotive supply chain operations, including cross-border procurement and digital logistics.
The Beijing-based company, which trades on Nasdaq under the ticker AZI, plans to allocate the capital to integrating automotive supply resources, developing a cross-border platform, and investing in digital and intelligent technologies. Funds will also support lifecycle services such as parts distribution, insurance, maintenance, and working capital.
Founder, Chairman and CEO Mr. Houqi Zhang said the investment marks a significant milestone, reflecting confidence in the company’s strategy and enabling further development. The company intends to evaluate mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and commercial partnerships to strengthen procurement capabilities, expand regional coverage, and improve service efficiency.
Autozi’s platform aims to connect Chinese automotive supply resources with overseas demand through international procurement, supplier onboarding, order management, logistics coordination, and settlement support. The company also plans to enhance its online supply-chain cloud platforms, SaaS capabilities, data analytics tools, and intelligent operational systems as part of the expansion.
