The company, operating under Aurora Mobile Japan K.K., presented at Booth D-3 in the Shinjuku Sumitomo Building Triangle Plaza. Aurora Mobile’s portfolio included EngageLab, an AI-first customer engagement platform integrating communications, marketing automation and support with AI agents; GPTBots.ai, an enterprise-grade AI agent platform; and Modellix.ai, a media generation tool offering unified access for image, advertising and video production.
Visitor inquiries spanned multiple sectors, with financial services firms seeking call-center automation and AI-assisted agent support. Utilities explored AI-driven Q&A and chatbot deployment, while IT services evaluated workflow design and client-facing AI service development using GPTBots.ai. Transport, tourism and content-creative industries showed particular interest in Modellix.ai for accelerating image and video production cycles.
