Asure Software Inc. (NASDAQ: ASUR) will expand distribution of its payroll tax and treasury solutions through Amazon Web Services' marketplace, beginning co-selling efforts in September. The move targets AWS Marketplace’s 330,000 enterprise customers, aligning with Asure’s strategy to scale its payroll and compliance offerings.
The company’s Enterprise Payroll Tax and Treasury solutions account for nearly 20% of Asure’s total revenue. Asure provides a suite of services including payroll, HR, recruiting, time and attendance, benefits, and compliance tools, primarily serving large employers, payroll service providers, and HR platforms.
The partnership includes Labra.io, an AWS Premier Tier Services Partner, which will manage marketplace listings, transactions, and co-sell processes for Asure. Pat Goepel, Chairman and CEO of Asure, stated that the collaboration will allow the company to efficiently reach and serve a broader enterprise customer base through AWS Marketplace.
Julia Chen, Vice President of Partner Core at AWS, emphasized the platform’s commitment to helping software providers create new sales channels. The initiative follows Asure’s existing client base of more than a dozen top global brands, reinforcing its focus on enterprise-scale payroll and compliance solutions.
Asure is headquartered in Austin, Texas, and will begin co-selling activities in September as part of the expanded AWS Marketplace strategy.
