Asta Energy Solutions AG’s shares surged 7% on Tuesday after the company reported a sharp rise in first-half 2026 revenue and profitability, alongside an upward revision to its full-year earnings guidance.
The German industrial group, which operates in power transmission, grid modernization and e-mobility, posted first-half net sales of approximately €435.8 million, up roughly 22% year-over-year. Adjusted EBITDA climbed 54% to €37 million, while net profit more than doubled to €22.5 million from €10 million in the same period of 2025.
On Aug. 18, 2026, management raised its full-year adjusted EBITDA guidance to a range of €60–64 million, up from the previous €55–59 million target. Revenue guidance was left unchanged. The company attributed its performance to sustained demand from key customers, including Siemens Energy and Hitachi Energy, which have driven a steady order flow in its core markets.
Asta Energy’s stock advanced as much as 7.8% during the session, reaching a session high of €59 after opening at €55. Shares were last quoted at €58.20, up 6.6%.
The move reflected broader strength in European industrials, with the DAX up 0.09% at 26,340.50. U.S. equity benchmarks also traded higher, supporting risk appetite for Xetra-listed energy and industrial names.
