Cathie Wood’s ARK Investment Management reduced exposure to several holdings on August 27 as part of its regular portfolio adjustments, selling shares in Tempus AI, Twist Bioscience, Roblox and Brera Holdings while adding to positions in Veracyte and Scribe Therapeutics.
The ARKK and ARKG exchange-traded funds disposed of 59,276 shares of Tempus AI for approximately $4.06 million, continuing a pattern of weekly reductions in the company’s stake. ARK also sold 22,225 shares of Twist Bioscience across ARKK and ARKG for about $3.34 million, alongside smaller exits in Roblox and Brera Holdings totaling roughly $154,000 combined.
In contrast, the funds initiated new positions in Veracyte, purchasing 47,793 shares valued at $2.12 million, and added 5,085 shares of Scribe Therapeutics through ARKG for $161,194. The moves reflect ARK’s ongoing strategy of reallocating capital within its thematic portfolios, with a focus on biotechnology and diagnostics.
