Argenx NV’s American Depositary Receipts reached an all-time high of $1,059.86 on Thursday, extending a 49.91% gain over the past year as the company’s flagship drug Vyvgart gains traction in rare diseases.
The biotechnology firm’s market capitalization now exceeds $66 billion, supported by revenue growth of about 70% over the last twelve months. Analysts cited the successful launch and expansion of Vyvgart in rare-disease indications as a key driver of the stock’s advance.
UBS upgraded argenx from Neutral to Buy, raising its price target to $1,400, citing Vyvgart’s expanding use in rare diseases. Deutsche Bank maintained a Hold rating but lifted its target to €925 following positive Phase 3 ALKIVIA trial results for Vyvgart in myositis. RBC Capital kept an Outperform rating with a $1,100 target after the same trial delivered positive topline data.
Citizens raised its target to $1,200 and retained a Market Outperform rating after Vyvgart’s Phase 3 ALKIVIA trial met its primary endpoint. TD Cowen increased its target to $1,353 while keeping a Buy rating, projecting higher Vyvgart revenue by fiscal 2027.
Argenx, listed as argenx NV ADR in the U.S., continues to advance its pipeline in rare autoimmune conditions, with analysts noting sustained commercial momentum for Vyvgart amid limited competition in its therapeutic class.
