Arena Group Holdings, Inc. will change its legal name to Paradium.AI and switch its NYSE American ticker symbol from AREN to PAAI, effective August 31, the company announced.
The rebranding follows the company’s disclosure of the name change during its second-quarter 2026 earnings release on August 10. Paradium.AI will continue trading on the NYSE American, with the CUSIP number for its common stock remaining unchanged. Shareholders are not required to take any action in connection with the transition.
Paradium.AI operates a portfolio of digital media brands including Parade, TheStreet, Men’s Journal, Athlon Sports, ShopHQ, and the Adventure Sports Network, which encompasses Surfer, Powder, and Bike Magazine. The company’s decision to rebrand coincides with a broader shift toward artificial intelligence integration, as reflected in the new name and ticker.
