Amrize Inc (NYSE:AMRZ) shares declined 3.9% in after-hours trading on Monday following the announcement that Chief Financial Officer Baris Oran is stepping down for personal reasons.
Samuel J. Poletti will succeed Oran as CFO, effective August 24. Poletti, who has served as Chief Strategy and M&A Officer since Amrize's NYSE listing in June 2025, will be based at the company's operational headquarters in Chicago. His appointment follows a 20-year tenure at Holcim, where he led transformational acquisitions in Building Envelope, doubling North America's business size.
Dillon Cumming has been named Vice President of Investor Relations, with his start date set for September 8. Cumming joins from Walleye Capital, where he led financial and strategic analysis of the Industrials sector. Prior to that, he headed coverage of building materials companies at Morgan Stanley as Vice President, Equity Research – Head of US Machinery & Construction.
