AL Sydbank A/S completed a DKK 19.3 million share buyback last week, purchasing 30,000 shares through Danske Bank A/S at volume-weighted average prices between DKK 639.01 and DKK 649.09.
The transactions occurred daily from August 17 to August 21 as part of a broader capital reduction initiative. The buyback program, announced on February 25, 2026, and launched on March 2, 2026, is scheduled to conclude on January 31, 2027, with a total allocation of DKK 1.1 billion.
Since inception, AL Sydbank has repurchased 1,081,000 shares for DKK 593.8 million. The bank currently holds 1,081,904 of its own shares, representing 1.23% of its share capital. The program is conducted in compliance with EU Regulation No 596/2014 and Commission Delegated Regulation 2016/1052.
