Havas N.V. (Euronext: HAVAS) repurchased 4,982 shares during the week ended August 21, according to a filing on Monday. The shares were acquired at an average price of €18.6885, with the total consideration amounting to approximately €93,000.
The buyback forms part of a €50 million program announced on May 13, 2026. As of August 21, the company has repurchased 77,685 shares under the program, representing a total expenditure of €17.6442 million.
