Silexion Therapeutics Inc. said it has priced a public offering of 3.85 million shares at $0.65 per share, raising gross proceeds of approximately $2.5 million.
The biotechnology company plans to use the funds primarily to advance its drug development pipeline, though additional uses may include working capital and general corporate purposes. The offering was underwritten by A.G.P/Alliance Global Partners, according to a regulatory filing.
Shares of Silexion Therapeutics were last quoted at $0.68 in pre-market trading on Tuesday, up 4.6% from the offering price. The company’s stock has traded in a range of $0.50 to $1.10 over the past 52 weeks.
The public offering follows a series of capital raises aimed at supporting Silexion’s research and development efforts in targeted therapeutic areas. The firm did not disclose any specific projects or milestones tied to the new funding in its filing.
