HSBC to Redeem CHF 300 Million Notes in November

HSBC Holdings plc will redeem all outstanding CHF-denominated notes maturing in 2027, the bank announced Sept. 9. The CHF 300 million issuance will be called at a redemption price of CHF 200,000 per calculation amount, plus accrued but unpaid interest, on Nov. 3, 2026.

The notes, issued under series number 47 and carrying ISIN CH1145096140, pay a coupon of 0.32%. Accrued interest will be calculated from Nov. 3, 2025 through the redemption date, according to the terms set out in the pricing supplement dated Nov. 1, 2021.

Trading of the notes on the SIX Swiss Exchange will cease on Oct. 30, 2026, with settlement handled through the SIX SIS AG clearing system.

HSBC, headquartered in London, reported assets of $3,438 billion as of June 30, 2026 and operates across 56 countries and territories.
