Genuine Parts Company (NYSE: GPC) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.0625 per share, payable on June 10 to shareholders of record as of May 24.
The dividend, approved by the board on May 21, represents a 1.2% increase from the prior quarter’s $1.05 per share and extends the company’s streak of annual dividend growth to 70 consecutive years. Genuine Parts has paid uninterrupted dividends since 1957.
The payout reflects the company’s focus on shareholder returns amid stable demand in its automotive and industrial distribution segments. The dividend yield stands at approximately 2.3% based on the current share price.
