DLH Holdings Corp (NASDAQ: DLHC) announced that Brooke Pierce has been appointed president of its health business group, effective September 14, 2026. The Atlanta‑based firm said Pierce will steer the health portfolio, which spans technology, scientific research, data analytics, artificial intelligence and mission‑support services for federal health agencies such as the National Institutes of Health, CMS, FDA, SAMHSA and CDC.
Pierce joins DLH after nearly 20 years leading large‑scale federal health programs. In her most recent role she directed an enterprise IT initiative that generated more than $600 million in annual revenue and oversaw roughly 2,000 employees across hundreds of global sites. Earlier, she led a federal health organization that managed a $350 million portfolio supporting CMS and employed about 600 staff.
DLH President and CEO Kathryn JohnBull said Pierce’s experience building high‑performing health and technology organizations will be "invaluable as we advance DLH's health strategy," highlighting her track record of operational excellence, profitable growth and large‑scale organizational development.
In her new position, Pierce will be responsible for setting strategic direction, executing operations and managing customer engagement for DLH’s health offerings, which increasingly incorporate cybersecurity, cloud services and AI‑enabled modernization.
The appointment underscores DLH’s focus on expanding its presence in the federal health market, where demand for advanced technology solutions continues to rise.
